Tom Chikoore

Tom has more than a decade of experience delivering software products at both market leading startups and large companies. Prior to Motion Nexus, Tom was the Co-Founder and CTO of Filtrbox (TechStars company - 2007), a social media monitoring and engagement company where he specialized in large data mining, analysis and multi-tenant SaaS delivery (Filtrbox was acquired by Jive). Prior to Filtrbox, he was a software engineering architect and built platform agnostic data middleware at Oracle. Today, Tom spends his time designing and building yet another innovative Paas/SaaS system at Motion Nexus when he is not doing CEOey stuff or playing with the Kinect. Tom is a mentor at the TechStars Microsoft Kinect Accelerator and an advisor to local startups.

Justin Imhoff
VP Engineering
Justin has a passion for everything NUI and has been hacking the Kinect and other sensors since day one. He is one of the founders of AS3NUI, a powerful open source library that powers ActionScript/Flash development with Kinect. Prior to Motion Nexus, Justin worked at Filtrbox where he built the SaaS client product. Justin also has a decade's worth of experience in architect and senior engineering positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin and DaVita. When he is not squeezing the last ounce of performance from the Motion Nexus algorithms, Justin can be found contributing to the Adobe development community and advising the Monfort College of Business CIS program.
